We use several local ingredients like: Trouts from Colca river, native organic potatoes, beans, quinoa and corn.
For our breakfast you can enjoy the best organic peruvian coffee, fresh squeeze oranges juice , fresh local bread, eggs , milk and cheese .
We directly help sustain organic farmers and in turn help to produce a stronger economy for little town Pinchollo, we help keep our local community clean and green.
